Information for Editors
Erudexa Publishing is an expanding house of open-access international journals, established in August 2025 by Formenia Ventures Private Limited, headquartered in Assam, India. We currently publish 17 peer-reviewed journals across diverse academic disciplines, supported by a dedicated editorial staff and a growing global network of over 150 academic experts.
The Open Access Model
Erudexa Publishing is strictly an Open Access publisher. All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This ensures that authors retain the copyright to their work while allowing readers worldwide to access, read, and distribute the content entirely free of charge.
To sustain this model, publication operations are financed through Article Processing Charges (APCs), typically paid by the authors or their funding institutions. These charges cover the extensive costs of managing the peer-review process, professional copyediting, durable archiving, and the global promotion of published research. We rely on no other sources of income.
For scholars, publishing via Open Access provides a substantially wider readership, with evidence suggesting that open-access manuscripts yield higher citation rates.
Editor Recognition & Academic Service
We actively invite committed scholars to join our editorial boards via our Careers Portal, and we frequently extend direct invitations to distinguished experts. Upon selection, formal appointment letters are issued within 30 days to serve as an official record of academic service for institutional requirements.
Visibility & Acknowledgment: All Editors are prominently featured on the respective journal's Editorial Board page. Furthermore, handling Editors have the option to include their names on the final published manuscripts they oversee, guaranteeing lifelong visibility for their academic contribution.
Remuneration Ethos: At present, editorial roles are positions of academic service and are unremunerated. As our journals expand and revenue stabilizes, we are committed to reinvesting those funds directly back into maintaining the highest publication standards, which includes establishing formal compensation structures for our dedicated editorial leaders.
Editorial Process & Peer Review
All Erudexa journals are meticulously managed through Open Journal Systems (OJS), the premier academic publishing software developed by the Public Knowledge Project.
- Submission & Assignment: Upon manuscript submission, the in-house Journal Manager alerts the Editor-in-Chief. The Editor-in-Chief logs into OJS to personally handle the manuscript or assign it to an appropriate Associate Editor.
- Blind Peer Review: Our journals operate a strict double-blind peer review process (neither authors nor reviewers are aware of each other’s identities until publication is finalized).
- Decision Making: After thorough evaluation by independent reviewers, the handling Academic Editor utilizes OJS to make the final decision regarding acceptance, revision, or rejection. We typically permit no more than two rounds of major revision to ensure timely publication.
- Production: Following acceptance, our in-house staff coordinates the final production phase, encompassing copyediting, English language editing, and typesetting.
While our journals are organized into formal yearly volumes and periodic issues, articles are published online continuously immediately following final production. For comprehensive procedural details, please review our Peer Review & Editorial Policy.

The success, rigor, and reputation of an Erudexa journal rely entirely on the dedication of its Editorial Board. Below are the expectations and duties associated with each editorial role.
