The journal invites empirical, theoretical, comparative, and policy-oriented work in sociology, economics, political economy, development studies, demography, public policy, social policy, labour studies, regional development, welfare systems, inequality, poverty, institutions, and economic transformation. It also encourages interdisciplinary studies that connect social structures with economic outcomes, governance, and human development. Submissions should be analytically strong, socially relevant, and methodologically sound.
